9-13 September 2013, Lusaka, Zambia
The Fourth Meeting of States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions (4MSP) took place in Lusaka, Zambia, 9-13 September 2013. At this meeting, States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions gave progress updates on implementing their treaty obligations and took key decisions on items including the structures to support the implementation and universalisation of the Convention. States that have not yet joined the Convention were also present and gave updates on steps they are taking towards joining.
