The Third Meeting of States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions

At this meeting, States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions gave progress updates on implementing their treaty obligations and took key decisions relating to the implementation and universalization of the Convention. States that have not yet joined the Convention or have yet to ratify were also be present to give updates on their progress.
