Armenia Cluster Bomb Attack Responsible for New Civilian Deaths in Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict

Cluster Munition Coalition member Human Rights Watch (HRW) has reported use of cluster munitions by Armenia, in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The attacks this week took place in residential areas of Barda, Azerbaijan and have claimed civlian lives, in blatant disregard for international humanitarian law. Read the full HRW report here.
