Photos and Images

We request that you contact us to make sure you have our permission to use any image on the CMC website or on CMC's Flickr. Please tell us which image you would like to use and for what purpose. If you require the image for use in a publication, please send CMC a copy of the publication once it is complete.

Photos and other images on the CMC website and CMC's Flickr are generally free for use by ICBL-CMC national campaigns and non-profit organizations working in full support of the ban on cluster munitions and the ban on antipersonnel landmines, as long as the photographer is fully credited and CMC is credited by listing the CMC website link (www.stopclusterbombs.org). However, some of our photos are used for special purposes, such as the Cluster Munition Monitor Report cover photos, and since they are strongly associated with those reports and for one time use only, these photos cannot be used for other purposes.

Texts

You are welcome to use any text written by the CMC, especially to join us in our fight against cluster munitions and antipersonnel mines, but we do require that you fully source any material you use from the site. If the author of the text is not specified, please credit the information to the CMC or ask us for further details through the contact form.

We also request that you include in the credit a link to the CMC website (www.stopclusterbombs.org). If the text you use is published, please send a copy of the final version or the publication in which it appeared to us at the contact details found on the contacts page.

For the Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor section a separate copyright policy is applied: Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor Copyright Policy
